I have been going here for about 4 years now and I have always had a great experience. The bud tenders know their stuff, the counter people are friendly and professional, and they usually have great variety. Best place in Fort Collins and Loveland!!

Great selection of product and customer service. Seems like a well-run shop. They get you in and out pretty quickly. It can get a bit crowded in there when it gets busy, but the online ordering has been a great addition.

Hands down, best spot
It's cliche and a lot of people say it, but these guys saved my life from opiates. Every other dispensary made me feel stupid for not knowing some of the ins and outs on specifics like strains & such. This staff bends over backwards to help out, explain things, make suggestions, etc. Like others have said, they're super chill and helpful. Had the rare occurrence of having to return a vape cartridge that didn't work. Not only did he replace it, he gave me a second one free "for my trouble". These guys are grade A professionals & the only dispensary I'll shop at on the Front Range.

The best prices, the best bud, the best extract companies, this dispensary has it all. This is by far my most frequented dispensary in the Fort Collins area due to their combination of price and quality. The location is a little difficult to access but well worth it. The staff is courteous and helpful if a bit rushed. There is no other dispensary to go to in the Northern Colorado area for recreational cannabis.

Ive known this dispensary and the staff, since the old days when nestor used to own it,, & after when it was sold guys were at one time an example of how a dispensary should be run and then they went rec...
Slowly alot of the great meds they were known for started dwindling on the med side,, they were transitioning their product more and more to the rec.. To the point where if you were a med patient and didnt make it on a monday you were screwed on flower for the week unless you wanted to purchase "meh" wholesale..i miss this place brent, alyssa the whole gang... And i cant fault the budtenders amazing people just doing what the boss wants,, but the last words they said before they went rec,, were worry our med patients will still be taken care of and med side will get priority when it comes to meds.....im sorry guys but you make good on that promise...i miss this place..the meds the people, but having one day a week to make it down to buy good flower just wasn't practical anymore,,

Online ordering
I wanted to take a moment and write a review about the online ordering. I give online ordering 5 stars because it's quick and easy. All you have to do is go onto their profile and select whatever you want. NA then texts you that they have received your order and will get it ready shortly. Less than 15 mins later you get another text saying your order is ready. Very speedy service! It made me laugh when I came to pick up how the guy who was directing traffic apologized for how long it took to get my order ready.. he said "I'm sorry we are just starting the process of online ordering. We need a little time to get adjust it." It took them a whole 10 mins from start to finish.. To me that was no time at all. Also all the people who work there are really nice and helpful!! Great job!
