This is a You Don't Get What You Paid for Situation. Way to $high$ for the quality of bud you receive. You come here because it's open late and you forgot to hit the Dispense before they closed.
They sold me a container of wax which had two different batch stickers, in a sealed bag, Livwell discounted theirs this is unscrupulous to sell old wax at same price I'll NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION
I've been to all the Roots stores and had a tender tell me any Chem 4 OG or orange herijuana are not included in the deal for Shatter and wax and very upset and probably will not ever visit this location EVER AGAIN!

I love this location and have been coming here since it opened because of the awesome featured 1/8th coupons in the West word that then transitioned into a normal daily special.
It was through your amazing budtenders that I was introduced to your news letter and you concentrate deals.
So for the past several months I have been getting you amazing $25 deal on wax and shatter.
I was sad to see that this month it was changed to make me buy 2 grams to get that deal and to be honest it was the availability of being able to not drop so much at once and come in every other day as I get paid by day.
I love your shop but I would really like to not switch to another place as $30-$35 grams are the norm while now yours are almost $59. I understand that you now get 2 grams but not all of us have the luxury of dropping that at once.
My daughter, a medical patient in AZ, is 21 yes old, and doesn't drive, so she has what AZ offers as a 100% VALID ID card. It looks similar to an AZ drivers license, but has no expiration date. When visiting Denver, I took her to this dispensary, and both the receptionist and the manager refused to let her enter because they claim that they only allow ID cards with expiration dates.
Bud selection and quality and both up to par for the native roots chain(easily one of the better large dispensary organizations), however, after repeated incidents I no longer feel comfortable shopping here. Their lack of communication between the front window computer and bud tenders resulted, for me, in a complete failure of the baker pre-order system on two occasions. Pre-orders, in so much as they cut down time needed to serve each patron, are served immediately on walking in the store. I was informed of this on multiple occasions and watched it in process for both myself and others. Accounting for this I placed an order on a day when I'd only have time to stop and pick it up, and so after having my order ready text arrive(roughly an hour after placing it online) I stopped in. The front desk yelled into the main store informing them of my baker order. The budtenders nodded then preceded to ignore me as they helped 6 walk-ins ahead of me, after 15 mins, I asked if they didn't have my pre-order or something. The tender then curtly stated he didn't have any baker orders and acted as though I was in the wrong. A second tender then pulled my pre-order out, waved me over, and completed my sale in a deliberately slow manner all while bening ride himself. A week later, I thought to try again, and what do you know, the exact same thing happened. Delay, rudeness, unprofessionalism, and everything. Today, I thought I'd give them a 3rd chance. This time, after an hour wait, my order had yet to even be accepted. It was strange so I went in without waiting, intending to just order in store and cancel the pending pre-order. I was then greeted at the main desk by the bud tender who I'd had the previous rudeness incidents with, he smugly greeted me by name, and acknowledged that while my pre-order had been requested, he'd never accepted. This was suspicious to me, and seemed as if he had purposefully ignored my attempt at purchase. He then returned my ID by sliding it to the edge of the counter and pushing it downward so that it was thrown to the floor. I made no purchases there that day, and shortly after called looking to speak to a manager. Coincidentally, the manager available was the ride budtender in question, and replied rudely and with disinterest to my customer service concerns. In an industry largely driven by communicative and friendly customer service, native roots edgewater's general behavior is a deal breaker for me.
