Saturday, August 3, 7:45 AM. Placed and online order for a specific item. When I get there The girl rings me up, but doesn’t confirm my item. I pay for it. I walk out the door get into my car look at it. It’s the wrong thing. Try and get the item I originally ordered and she calls Manager to tell me they don’t have it. I asked for a refund and unfortunately, wasn’t able to get one, but if she would’ve let me know from the beginning that they didn’t, I would have never bought anything and walked out. The Manager didn’t wanna work with me said I could purchase an item for a cheaper price and would get money back. Seems like partial return but wouldn’t do mine. Just doesn’t make sense I understand not giving a return but how is it possible that you can do a partial one? Overall bad experience been coming here for multiple years, but I’m done with this shop.

I see half ounce of donkeys online for $50 I realize there's tax on that the black woman behind the counter has such incredible attitude incorrectly trying to tell me it's 97 busy up selling me on other products she gets all shaky and angry when I confront her about the price the other woman needs to be snippy and have attitude this absolutely an awful location I come back twice they can't have the same answer the manager says oh she's wrong it was actually 67 well the woman already left for break because apparently dealing with one customer is too much for her the level of attitude must've exhausted her . Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received from any business in my entire life I will not be coming back to this location ever again

Typically a long wait for even one person a head of you staff is very slow and rude. Don’t go here. Prices never match what it says online always more and the thc percent listed only doesn’t match in store either
