Saturday, August 3, 7:45 AM. Placed and online order for a specific item. When I get there The girl rings me up, but doesn’t confirm my item. I pay for it. I walk out the door get into my car look at it. It’s the wrong thing. Try and get the item I originally ordered and she calls Manager to tell me they don’t have it. I asked for a refund and unfortunately, wasn’t able to get one, but if she would’ve let me know from the beginning that they didn’t, I would have never bought anything and walked out. The Manager didn’t wanna work with me said I could purchase an item for a cheaper price and would get money back. Seems like partial return but wouldn’t do mine. Just doesn’t make sense I understand not giving a return but how is it possible that you can do a partial one? Overall bad experience been coming here for multiple years, but I’m done with this shop.

Very overpriced and low quality. Headaches from certain of their house strains. Staff is horrible, never anyone in there including customers. Typically a long wait for even one person a head of you staff is very slow and rude. Don’t go here. Prices never match what it says online always more and the thc percent listed only doesn’t match in store either

This is the pinnacle of dispensaries, clean and modern Well... This is the best dispensary and the customer service is friendly aside from the cool security guard. I still see him but haven't chit chatted with the guards lately.

Mr. Nice guys always stock great brands. The bt has been excellent at providing good recommendations. The markup is minimal for how excellent the customer experience is here, and I find it to be always worth the price to have a sweet little adventure while running errands here in OC :)

This is easily the best dispensary that I've ever been in & I've been to dozens in different statesThe service was top notch and friendlier than any other dispensary. They have so many types of bud and concentrates in addition to fun edibles .
