Saturday, August 3, 7:45 AM. Placed and online order for a specific item. When I get there The girl rings me up, but doesn’t confirm my item. I pay for it. I walk out the door get into my car look at it. It’s the wrong thing. Try and get the item I originally ordered and she calls Manager to tell me they don’t have it. I asked for a refund and unfortunately, wasn’t able to get one, but if she would’ve let me know from the beginning that they didn’t, I would have never bought anything and walked out. The Manager didn’t wanna work with me said I could purchase an item for a cheaper price and would get money back. Seems like partial return but wouldn’t do mine. Just doesn’t make sense I understand not giving a return but how is it possible that you can do a partial one? Overall bad experience been coming here for multiple years, but I’m done with this shop.
