Pointless doing online orders

So I ordered stuff at like 3:40pm. I get a text a few minutes later saying hold tight, we're putting your order together and ill get an update to come pick up soon. Hours go by... I call to check on it and the guy said - "oh, we are really busy now and havent had time to package it for you, give me like 15 more min.." I drive down there, maybe 30-40 min have gone by at that point and I'm in line to pick it up, waited maybe 20 minutes inside, arrive at the counter and the order is still not packaged, its almost 8pm now. So im with the rep walking around getting everything i ordered and of course a few things are out of stock now probably cause someone in the past couple hours picked it up and walked out with it after i had already ordered it.... Point being - its absolutely pointless to do online orders here if they just wait until you arrive to package it up. The customers inside can wait 2 min for a rep to package an online order that was placed before they even walked inside! SMH.
