Pointless doing online orders

So I ordered stuff at like 3:40pm. I get a text a few minutes later saying hold tight, we're putting your order together and ill get an update to come pick up soon. Hours go by... I call to check on it and the guy said - "oh, we are really busy now and havent had time to package it for you, give me like 15 more min.." I drive down there, maybe 30-40 min have gone by at that point and I'm in line to pick it up, waited maybe 20 minutes inside, arrive at the counter and the order is still not packaged, its almost 8pm now. So im with the rep walking around getting everything i ordered and of course a few things are out of stock now probably cause someone in the past couple hours picked it up and walked out with it after i had already ordered it.... Point being - its absolutely pointless to do online orders here if they just wait until you arrive to package it up. The customers inside can wait 2 min for a rep to package an online order that was placed before they even walked inside! SMH.

This used to be the best dispensary by far in the city of lake Elsinore. This is no longer the case. What were the years they have cheated me out of my rewards program twice, if you offer a rewards program be honest enough to follow through. And next is your inability to post the proper THC content on your products. Just putting everything down is 36% just pisses me off I have no use in coming in there anymore. No I don't know if you have top shelf middle shelf bottom shelf You've got all the shelfs covered but none of them have a THC content and they're all overpriced. If things change maybe I'll come back but until then no I'm not coming
