To provide some clarity, our store is required to stop all cannabis transactions promptly at 10:00 PM due to state and local regulations. While we always do our best to communicate this clearly and give reminders as closing time approaches, we understand that the timing of your visit and the situation made this feel rushed and disappointing. Regarding pickup orders, they must also be completed before the 10:00 PM cutoff. Unfortunately, once that time passes, our team is legally unable to process or finalize any transactions, regardless of when a customer arrived or if an order was already placed. We take concerns about customer service very seriously, and your comments have been shared with our management team for review and coaching. We truly regret that this experience led you to feel unwelcome or unheard.
