As always, Lawrence provided me with the best service in town. I don’t need to spend time looking at the menu, I come in with my money, and he gets me set up. I usually spend less than 3 minutes in the store and if I do it’s because there’s either a small line or I’m chit chatting Then there’s definitely a line

The manager treats the customer as his employer
The manager at the portage store listen to me a customer or loyal customer a complaint about an employee he had and how the bartenders should treat the customers and he treated me as how is his employer and handled the situation as a new manager of the store as smooth and it's pleasurable and professional that I've ever seen in any of the dispensaries I highly recommend make cannabis in portage if you want an interaction with a company you feel like you own and actually have a say and what happens
