After having shopped at mind right basically since they opened I was so disappointed yesterday when I ordered an ounce of top shelf cannabis. It was supposed to be a normal ounce of weed but it was basically "Smalls" for want of a better description. I'm a Special Needs Mom and I can't afford to spend lavishly. I decided that since my birthday is in a few days I would go ahead and splurge. I asked them to give me the 6% Med tax and they said they would..... they charged me 16% tax. What they didn't bother to mention was that if I had just waited literally 16 hours I could have gotten a much better price. Who does that to loyal customers? And when I called to speak with the manager she could not have cared less. So bottom line just watch who you're loyal to because if you're expecting loyalty in return, you could be sorely disappointed. I'm not Petty so I'm still giving them their four star review. This whole experience made me incredibly sad
