Glass in my joint and no help

Initially my visit was fine! When I returned to my home I discovered I had been sold the wrong thing and the keif joint I bought had broken glass on the inside of the tube when I opened it. The joint had glass shards stuck in it!! I then returned to the dispensary I explained and showed the products. They told me that they couldn’t exchange my cartridge but could sell me a battery. I have 1000 batteries at home. I was uncharged in this situation and it was completely unfair. They also told me that they would do a penny joint. This didn’t happen. At any other dispensary I would have been met with apologies by many bud tenders along with my item being replaced or a free item as an apology. I was FLOORED the bud tender was apologetic and kind about the situation. The manager didn’t look me in my eyes and explain the situation. He said they couldn’t do it. I was asked to spend another 25 dollars on top of the 120 I had already spent. I tipped them 4 dollars and that is the last amount of money they will ever see from me.

I give a 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 review because that's the service and attention I get when I shop at GM Leets dale, Peoria, or Red Eye Fe' The management team are smokers, they know what they would want in a shop. Considerate, ego - less, knowledgeable people. Other shops the bud tenders are assholes like the designer of this f*cking app weed maps, listen Moran just bc your mainframe has yet to discover words like leets dale or bud tender. Doesn't mean they don't exist. So quit correcting my s*it. I'm trying to write a f*cking review and your trying to give me f*cking spelling classes. Stay in your lane "weedmaps" frfr! Like I was saying Golden Meds, both locations and Red Eye ( *one word here in Colorado Dick head) (*fix your sh*t) are great shops with good people. * This app on the other hand seems like it was designed by some pretentious a** munch that's out for profit only. Don't let the outside fool you...

The exterior of the building isn't the nicest, but it's very nice and spacious once you get in. They were low on most strains when I went in, but everything smelled amazing and looked great too. Good pricing structure for non-members, I wish the member pricing were a little bit cheaper. Ended up getting a gram of the Kimbo Slice and a joint of the Blackberry Kush to test out, and both are great. This is the closest dispensary to my house, so I'll definitely be back!
