Wow this place has gone downhill

Unfortunately the staff they have hired since they first opened are condescending, impersonal, and unprofessional who have completely changed the vibe of this place to the point that I won’t go back after my experience last night. Such a shame because they have excellent prices and product selection, and the people there were absolutely lovely when they first opened. Please please please retrain your staff and teach them to be kind, professional, apologetic when they make a significant mistake instead of talking down to the customer who corrected their failure to recognize they were about to accidentally give me extra product.
