Mango Cannabis is The Best Dispensary in Rochester and Joe Pattah is AMAZING!!! Everytime I go into Mango’s he’s wearing that Bright Smile of his! He takes the time to say hello and do a little catch up, and ask how I’m doing, which absolutely makes my experience that much better!
