The short hair, black lady her service sucked
A lady who took my order was very unprofessional. She stopped at parking spot number two before she came in parking spot number one and we have been sitting there before them and she didn’t smile she didn’t seem like she was happy with her job

This has been my go to dispensary since I moved here from Nevada in 2023. They greet me by name everytime I go in. Recently I had bought something I wasnt happy with and I reached out to one of the managers, she told me she'd make it right next time I came in. I didnt see her for about a week or so afterwards and she definitely made it right and made my holiday season! Best dispensary I've had since living in Nevada.

Had a pre order for curbside ready at 7:47, I got there and called from my car at 7:57, they said they would be right out. About 10 minutes go by and I’m not too concerned because it’s Friday and I know they’re busy. A full 20 minutes goes by so I call again, stating I’m still outside waiting for my pre order, and they say okay they’ll be right out. By this point the lobby is not full and other cars have gone and left and I’m still without my order and a full half hour has gone by. I got out of my car, someone asked if I had a pre order but I continued to walk inside because at this point I’m already out of the car which defeats the purpose of curbside. I paid for my order and did not receive an apology or offer to make up for whatever the reasoning behind the mess up was. Also not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Overall pretty frustrating since people are usually pretty nice here.

Very easy
First of all, I love the look of the store. It’s a fun modern design. The lobby was playing The Office when I went in which is +10 points already. I was in and out very painlessly. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and lead me to a recommendation easily.

Mana is a super dope dispensary over in the middle river area. They have good deals and even better customer service. They are always super nice when I go in and the bud tenders are always willing to share their experience with the strains you are looking for. Last time I went in they even gave me a free shirt! Definitely recommend it to any one looking for a new spot to check out. If you are in the east Baltimore area, why not stop on by and experience it for yourself. Thanks Mana, you’re the best!

had my first visit today
I finally made it to check out, and everyone was very polite, knowledgeable, and laid back, I didn't feel rushed at all, I even told my bud tender Brittany. I'm more into Terps than large THC % and she said that Mana is really big on terp levels, it's refreshing to see a dispensary really try to get away from just THC and deal with the whole plant. I'll probably be back very soon, thanks everyone who was working, great first impression.

*SOFT OPEN ENDED NOW OPEN (THOUGH WAS TOLD EXPECT SOME UPCOMING SURPRISES MEET GREAT GRILLING)* The location is great went to soft opening and already had good selections with very good prices, answer any questions I had was great environment, if you live in the area and are a patient must to check out. It's even worth a drive to come to the shop. if I could give more stars a would top 5 if not 3 stores in Baltimore Harford & City *TOP 3* STORES GREAT EXPERIENCE THANK YOU AGAIN *they are officially open as of now with an ever expanding selection of products and am happy to see that menu is up along with store hours on weedmaps any issues check leafy, can't wait to see the selections when deli style buds are in :-)*
