I had thought I had left a review previously, however I definitely want to give a shout out to this dispensary! They are quick and efficient - even when they are busy. They have superior customer service on the front end (props to Christian - and everyone else who is so helpful) and the management is stellar - when a problem pops up, they fix it; they do not sweep it under the rug. This is the best dispensary I have been to in the Sacramento area, and I'd extend that to include the Bay too. Thanks for being such a great, positive team!

In Sacramento, 90% of dispensaries fail to hire experienced budtenders but Mainstage is different, the staff know more about cannabis than they probably know about other things.

Very good could use a little improvement
very excellent service, only flaw i saw is they should really distance the express line and the walk in line. because ppl coming in that are express are suppose to get priority when they get to the front of the line, walk in customers and express customers get confused when a cashier calls the next person in line because the walk-in and express order are looking at each other confusingly, and the express order doesn't want to look like hes cutting the walk-in customer. its either fix the line and separate them, or make a separate register for express orders, especially when its busy.

It's nice to be able to get the same thing over and over if you like it. I got free weed with reward points but there's still almost 10 bucks of tax for the 50. 5 stars.

Always great, the best dispensary in Sacramento.
This is my go to dispensary I love this place, the girls inside are always extremely nice even if they have some annoying guy bugging the hell out of them. And the management has always been super accommodating, for instance I legitimately just asked if they had lanyards to buy and he threw two in with my order. They’re always generous and they’re always really stocked on great product. This is the only dispensary I visit in the greater Sacramento area now. If you’re a newbie to dispensary culture this is a great one to start at and they’re super proactive in the cannabis community. They also throw events for their customers with food trucks and stuff super often. If I can recommend anything to people starting out here, try the boomer bags and get a glass pipe, straight forward no bs shake and bake. Or if you’re an apartment and can’t smoke get the Wu Gu edibles and plan for a night in. Both will run you under $25 and last for awhile (even with my high tolerance).

Probably the only thing running good lately. Products are always stored correctly, fresh and available to inspect. Haven’t been rushed. Ever. Always polite staff. Exceptional products.

I come here probably like once a week and I mostly see Vanecia and she is always happy to help me right away! Her customer service is great and In general she’s such a sweet soul! MainStage has some great staff! but of course Vanecia always stands out to me! Give that woman a raise ! 😂❤️

A phenomenal selection, superb customer service, offering great deals from top quality brands and producers. I especially appreciate the Veteran's discount. I give Mainstage 6 out of 5 stars.
