My visit to LOVA downtown Denver dispensary was truly exceptional, all thanks to the incredible service provided by the two amazing budtenders. Despite encountering some POS issues, the woman assisting me was doing everything she could to swiftly resolve the problem. They ensured that every customer received thorough assistance, all the while apologizing graciously for any wait. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience, and I'll definitely be returning to LOVA for both their outstanding service and top-notch products.

Stopped in for the first time and was so impressed by the friendly energy and knowledge of Natalie. She was so helpful! Answered all my questions and gave great insights as I picked product for purchase. Overall, an incredibly enjoyable experience. Prices were reasonable and Monday is 10% for locals.
