Wasn’t ready for pick up again

I did an online order and said I’d be in on the online ordering form within an hour to pick up order. I had gotten detained at work and didn’t get there until 12 o’clock figuring my order would be ready and it was not. I had to wait for the young lady to fill the order charge me and of course an online order is so she had to make two tickets anyway what I got was gonna be fast pick up ended up to cost me 20 minutes or more let the quality of the product at the store I think sometimes the service bags

This shop really needs to take down items they’re “not allowed to sell.” This is the 3rd time I order something online and when I pick it up I clearly see the item but they’re “not allowed” to because of inventory issues ? Make that make sense. I’m always forced to pick out something else, just remove those items from your shop online and avoid these problems.
