They need to get the phone situated. To be rude, and hang up because you are busy shows you don't know how customer service works and people on the phone are like people waiting in line. If you are too busy to answer phones you need someone designated in the back to answer calls. Very unprofessional. Even placing a hold would've been appropriate.

I wouldnt shop here anymore. Owners are shady. They convert cbd into thc and put it in their products. They own several LLCs and funnel money though each company and it just "dissappears" they employ a guy who comes to work drunk and makes racist comments. Same guy also sexually harassed customers and showed up to their job. Also had a dv restraining order against him. Offers no support for their staff. Hr guy makes posts on Facebook that someone in hr shouldn't be making. They lie to their staff about why they fired people. Saying its because they're dating when they have another married couple in the same store. The couple running the hub could never get metrc right. They would adjust packages when they shouldn't have been. Missing product and they couldnt count. If youre to smart and can figure out what they're doing they dont like you. Moldy weed at one of their locations and they try to hide it. One of the owners doesn't like to pay his taxes

Love this shop and the people who run it! The staff here are helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. The quaint and cozy shop offers a large selection with deals that are hard to ignore. I love stopping in after a trip to Costco for a refreshing sip of lemonade to go with my $2 pizza.

Yeah some other dispensaries have been here longer and have some great stuff as well but you need look no further than the wide variety that King St. has gathered under one roof and moreso the caliber of their Master Cultivators. This in of itself speaks volumes in a industry that is highly competitive. This is also just what I look for when choosing a dispensary. Quality product from those who go the extra mile in organic techniques and dense flower propagation. With a wide variety of flowers, concentrates & edibles among other things, they will not disappoint. Did you know they have CBD infused Smoked Salmon? I know, what the?... The "smoking" weekly deals scream " Hit me fool!" and if you bring in some canned goods to help out needy families, you get 30% OFF! Who else does that or let alone cares?
