Unlike any other dispensary. Most dispensaries have an exchange/refund policy for weed. This one does not!! BUY AT OWN RISK! Sold chemically tasting weed and was told no exchanges or refunds. Now I’m out money and smoke. I now have a whole OZ that’s bad that I paid for and can do nothing with. Managers and staff were rude on the phone multiple times. All I wanted was an exchange. The only reason I put any stars bc the GM said she could possibly help me reach out to the brand owner to see if they will refund me bc the store “cannot due to policy” and “it will take days and that’s even if the brand wants to help me out”

She asks all the right questions to find what you want and doesn’t rush you regardless of the line. She also taught me a bit about terpenes and I’m excited to learn more now.
