Absolutely love the Muskegon store

I had done an online order earlier today. I was in a rush trying to remember everything I needed. A couple hours later I received a call from Muskegon Jars, on Peck Street. The manager had called and let me know my free 1/8 was not in my bag. I couldn't believe they called and let me know I had forgotten this most places would have said oh well their loss. I appreciate the customer service everytime I visit Jars. I appreciate their honesty this will be my home store best prices great deals !! Make sure and pay them a visit tell them I sent you !!

I came in to pick up an online order. When picking up the order, Arthur ask me a couple questions about my order. Then offered me to try another brand of infused prerolls. Normally, the advise I get from budtenders is so inaccurate for me. However, every prerolls Arthur told me about is A-1!!! Thanks Arthur, I will be back now.

This place is better than Disney! I love to go to these stores, but this one is my new favorite. Everyone is always so helpful, and today that was Zachary. From the moment my girl and I went in, he was seeing what we liked. So kind as well. My Girl went 1st while I perused a bit. I could hear him helping to make sure she was going to be satisfied with what she got. Some gummies, simple. I was another story. I want this and that, and he found out what I liked, and showed me what ge was excited about. That got me exited, and I was going to spend to much, but then he got the price down a good bit for me. So I still spent to much, but got even more (well eorth it). So far I am loving his recommendations. And I got quite the variety of products. Had trouble checking out, system issues. Took quite a while, but he did a great job. Did I mention I love this store

I haven’t smoked in over pppfff idk 10 years. Since so much has changed since then and my bf is an advocate smoker, I had him put an order together for me to just pick up. Unfortunately he sent the order to the wrong location. So I walked in absolutely clueless. It was “babies first time” in the world of cannabis all over again. Sabrina was so kind and patient with my ignorant ass. I told her what I have at home I smoke with and that I like the more fruitier flavors. With that information she was able to recommend all the right goods. She even looked at the ingredients on the back of every bag she recommended to help me find dairy/gelatin free gummies.
