Security guard intimidates women

The security guard at this location is not friendly and there’s something off about him… he’s threatening and intimidating especially towards women. He did not make me feel safe or want to come back.

Terrible service. I called on 12/8/25 to confirm that they had carbon fiber raw garden cartridge, they said that they do. Just for me to come into the store, for them to say we don’t have it. Word of advice update your website and don’t lie to customers saying we have the product just to turn around and say you don’t have. lol I walked out

I usually go OTC in Artesia because I live in Norwalk. I didn’t even realize that Jaderoom was there until today. I stopped in and it’s a really clean, nice and friendly place. I thought this place might be bouji but the budtender told me is was 420 weekend and most things weee 40% off. I was looking for a vape and this whole time I didn’t know the difference between distillate, Resin or Rosin was, nobody has ever asked me. It’s usually I am looking for a vape and Budtenders ask how much you got. They took the time to explain the difference and I felt like I was in a class! I bought a 3 Jetty Rosin vapes because now I know the difference. Thanks Jaderoom!! 5 Stars

I have been driving past this New Dispensary since its was being built. I finally stopped to see if they were bring but they are already open and having a soft opening. I got a nice first time patient discount and some cartridge and drink discounts! Who doesn’t like things for $1.00! Very nice people working there, seemed very knowledgeable and felt like I was taking a class on cannabis. I hope it only gets better!! Will be back!!!
