This dispensary took me to places I did not even know. I know what you're thinking, "yeah, yeah I've heard it all before it's probably like the other other dispensaries." And you know what I have to say to that? fuc& that. This place is the greatest weed store that will ever exist. They have the best weed at the best prices and their customer service is out of this world. I personally feel connected to each employee at the company like they were my own family member. It's not like other dispensaries. Even at this very moment I am completely baked bread from their products. I don't know whether I want to eat a pizza, take a nap or go for a run. I recently visited Indoor Treez, and I have to say—this place is top-notch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to browse their impressive selection.
The first next and last big thing
I got two kids and a big baby for a husband, he keeps coming back with dirt weed. I ordered delivery from here once and stuck with them since. I even went to check them out to order in person, and they’re absolutely delightful! Other dispensaries have such a snobby attitude towards cannabis, sort if know it all. The budtenders here are laid back and allow me the space while also being attentive enough to know when I may need help. They’re also very knowledgable, and offer the best product time and time again!

Place was clean, staff was good, confused by the name indoor treez as most of the product wasn't indoor or even near it. The 8th I got wasn't good at all but that's not their fault. Would come back as the market develops

Inspect Your Items Before Walking Out
I purchased a Jetpacks Lucid Blue Bigger Bang pre-roll on Halloween. When sampling later that evening, the outside casing was so loosely wrapped that all the bud immediately fell out the end upon lighting. When I emailed store this issue, I was met with anonymous email replies that spread over several weeks. I brought the faulty casing and tube into the physical store with me to see if face-to-face would resolve the issue, but the lackluster counter staff literally said they "didn't care" that they were selling a defective product. I then contacted the manufacturer of the pre-roll, Empire Standard, and they were very responsive and said they'd be leaving a replacement with their next shipment to the store. But when I went to the store to pick it up, no one there had any idea that an item was supposed to be waiting for me—including the manager who claimed to be sending me the less-than-helpful emails. The manager did offer me a pre-roll replacement, but not the same variety and without the desired effects. Overall, this has made me less confident about interacting with dispensaries' customer service and less likely to experiment with new brands.
