Higher Level is doing better; they can only get a small amount of fire due to money ties. Raw garden is the best product on the shelf. A lot of the other brands are pure corporate boof. Can't wait tell Higher level saves their money on boof and just spends their money on fire. Need to push fire, not boof, as the city will also be then dealing with a handful of people smoking boof, not feeling good, still getting annoyed and taking that out into the town. If a bear gets berries, it's happy, if a bear gets poison ivy it's upset. Natural fire only. No boof. Please.

Cruisers cannabis Bud rot seeds and hair

I had an issue with an ounce of Cruisers pure cookies that had hair seeds and bud rot in it. I reached out to higher level for help if I could get an exchange and they said they cannot help but only exchange vape cartridges and to reach out to the company that provided the flower, I advised that there wasn't a phone number to call on the package and higher level said to send them the info and they will contact the Cruisers company but still no feedback from higher level. Hopefully this store will try to only buy fire flower and not bammer weed.

It seems like the management of this establishment has dropped the ball, from honoring deals that are posted to the lack of customer service. At this point it’s better to drive to Santa Cruz or any other business because this one has become more trouble than it’s worth.

About us

How We Got Our Start

Getting our start as a medical cannabis dispensary in San Diego in 2010, Higher Level has been committed to providing second to none medicine and customer service to its members since its inception. In early 2015, after seeing a major void in the availability of Safe Access for MMJ patients in Monterey County, its founders (all from the Monterey Peninsula) decided to refocus their efforts and opened the newest Higher Level Collective in June of 2015.

How We Got Here

We have strived to bring great cannabis to the Monterey area since our original move to Carmel in 2015. In 2016 we made another move, this time to Castroville. Finally, since 2018, we have made our home in the heart of Monterey, the city of Seaside!Now in our beautiful new location in Seaside, we are excited to continue our mission to provide the best product quality, selection, and pricing on the Monterey Bay.
