I have tried quite a few different edibles for sleep and none work as good as cheeba chews. They are so relaxing. I sleep so well and I wake up feeling rested. Not still drowsy or out of it. I of course need the proper amount of sleep for myself and when do, I feel like a new woman. They taste great and work for me usually within an hour or so. The other edibles just don’t relax and make you sleepy like these. The combination of melatonin and strains are just right.

I’d suggest being ready for bed if melatonin works for you. Within 30 minutes I was dosing off. Also be sure you can sleep for 8 hours. I was groggy the next day for a while.

felt like I was eating a candy bar before bed....love the concept bc I need help sleeping...but felt counter-productive to eat so much sugar before trying to sleep...trying to be healthier by sleeping more, not trying to eat dessert LOL might try another version tho!

Thanks for your thoughts! Each bite-size piece of taffy contains just 10 calories and 2 grams of sugar. It's certainly not enough to be a dessert or candy bar!
