Disappointing experience at this dispensary. Their computer glitched during checkout—no receipt printed, but the charge immediately showed on my bank statement. Staff still tried to make me pay again or leave without the merchandise I’d already paid for. I expressed my frustration respectfully without swearing or being rude, yet an employee banned me because he “didn’t like the way I said it.” Unfair over a system error that wasn’t my fault. This shouldn’t reflect on Monty's Liquor at all. I’ve always received excellent service there. Money is a respected businessman in our area, and I’ll never forget when he sold me my first bottle on my 21st birthday and said, “Welcome to the club.”
