Highly recommend. Laid back environment, comfortable waiting room, just overall more comfortable than other places I’ve been. Terrance was great, knew exactly what I was looking for and made a few recommendations that were spot on. Oh yeah, did I mention ninety nine cent pre-roll for first visit? Not sure how long that will last but it’s pretty awesome. Definitely the spot in St Charles.

Best I’ve found. Staff is friendly, warm and very knowledgeable. Great at helping to explore how strains effect. 420 friendly for 40 years. They educating on what strains do. Plus they have. Drive thru. 😎

I've been to the St. Charles location twice. the staff is always super knowledgeable and really helpful. I was in tonight on 7/10 and everyone from the front counter person to the Tenders were awesome! I definitely recommend this place!

Not Bad..
I found this by accident one day and was pleasantly impressed with the dispensary.. You sign in, go sit until they call you… Prices are about the same or better than the ones I’ve been to and that’s a lot of them.. It’s when they have something on sale is where they’re ahead of the rest.. They have a nice selection of brands and if you join the rewards club, they’ll send you what’s on sale for that Week, Month or special occasion or Holiday.. Haven’t had a bad experience with them, but I admit, I’d rather shop physicality than order on line, but that’s just my preference.. Oh, so far I haven’t seen the PoPo 👮♀️ hiding somewhere around if your paranoid about stuff like that… But I haven’t seen them around the Dispensaries anyway, but it’s FYI.. Later 👍🏼☮️

Best place to go on either side of the river...
They always have the best deals and prices! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They also go out of thier way to make sure thier customers are leaving happy. I had to wait longer than normal as something was being located and anyways long story short They knocked off a discount for my "troubles" ... this has been and will be my go to shop. THANK U HIGH PROFILE!!!

A lot of times I in not knowing exactly what I want so I will say what effect I’m looking. The Bud Tenders at High Profile are super knowledgeable and so friendly. Joe helped me today and was awesome. He told me about a sale on a particular brand and made sure I was getting all the discounts available. I highly recommend shopping here.

I’ve been in to the High Profile in Saint Charles four times now and each time the staff has been awesome. They are super helpful and you get the feeling that they are really interested in finding the right product for the customers. Personally, they are so close and the experience has been so positive I haven’t felt I needed to visit any other dispensaries in the area.

Great place! First time going there today and I was soooo impressed. They’re so helpful and nice. I always have 20 questions when and they were so friendly and informative. I’ll definitely be going back! Plus they had pre-roll for a penny since it was my first time visit! Can’t beat that!
