I have to dispute a horrible 1 star review against hi tide that I just read. for any new patients, complaints about prices for all 4 dispensaries on the Eastern Shore has nothing to do with hi tide itself. I have been loyal customer since they opened. Hi tide has AMAZING staff and they have super good specials more often then not. They will stop what they are doing to accommodate EVERYBODY, whether it be a patient or just a customer checking out the store. also, if you bring a valid state id or drivers license, you have to option to go back to the pharmacy part and learn about the program and the different medications. nobody else offers that. ALSO, they are the only dispensary on this part of the eastern shore that is open 7 DAYS A WEEK and SOME HOLIDAYS. I drive from salisbury to hi tide 7 days a week (sometimes twice a day) because they have the BEST customer service and knowledge that I have thus far experienced in maryland. check out hi tide, it's worth it!

I have visited three different dispensary on the shore. This is the only place I will go for now on. The store was amazing and beautiful. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were better than any dispensary I have visit. It’s everything a consumer ask for in a dispensary.

Stop in during my business trip for a new cartridge. Left with more knowledge than I did before and a better cartridge than I had! Staff was professional and very knowledgeable on their products within the store. Store holds a vast array of product inside its beachy low key spot. I live 40+ minutes away from this dispensary and will still drive that distance to get my products. Local dispensary is about 8-10 minutes away and still, I will only use them Saturday for pre-roll $9 weekly special every Saturday. If Hi Tide decided to go at least to $10 pre-rolls, that is the only dispensary I’d ever use. Excellent staff, friendly, not TOO long of a wait in Order Pickup line and most importantly, on point with latest trends and changes in marijuana culture. A+ dispensary.

Why the poor reviews?

I really don’t get the bad reviews . I don’t usually leave one but I felt I had to defend this place . Omg the knowledge of all the personnel is just amazing ! Everybody is always so friendly too. Yes they do get very busy, come on it’s a tourist town and you probably went during a very busy time. I give them 5 stars hands down . As far as prices you should always follow the sales here just like you should with any store . There are also discounts that you can check on . I have been in there many times as a care taker and not once have I not been greeted with a friendly face. You have to remember too that they educate their customers and this might hold them up a little at times so if you have had a bad experience I recommend you give then a second try!

Beachy vibe and personable staff

My only complaint is that there was a slight lack of customer service at reception. After that I was pleased by the number of items and beachy accessories that gave the boardwalk dispensary the exact kind of tropical flair it needed. Jacob the budtender was extraordinarily helpful - he gave us a tour as well as carefully showed me all of the options and terpene profiles that I was curious about. Love when there is patience from the budtender. Great job Jacob!

Im from Carroll County, up near me we have so many dispensaries. For this being one of the few in OC I was definitely surprised with the customer service, the lay out and products. Obviously with not many dispensaries the competitive pricing isnt as good as home but its still not awfully over priced. It was well worth the visit and had some of the most interactive and beautiful staff I have dealt with. Thanks Scarlet and Libby 😎
