Don't want to put the place down. But...I drove 20 miles to buy a favorite strain. When I arrived the budtender had no idea about the strain I wanted. It was on their menu but obviously had been sold out. Budtender handed me Hydrotic jars to attempt to find something else. But she walked away and sat down! No interaction. No suggestions. And leaving me alone with 6 jars to choose. On my own! While she sat down. This never happens in a dispensary!. She didn't attempt to show me anything else. I left and bought nothing. It's in a sketchy neighborhood too. I went right over to the McHenry store and got what I wanted. Including great service. It's too bad their newest store is such a dissapointment. I don't recommend. Sorry!

WeedMaps had me place my order and told me the total, then told me to bring exact change for that amount….i get there and go to pay for my items and the price is higher because of the taxes. I figured WeedMaps factored the taxes into the price they gave me because it was higher than the item price. Nope. You gotta pay the taxes twice basically so just be careful. This wasn’t the stores fault, it’s WeedMaps fault but just an FYI!!!
