As the first operational Micro-business in Manhattan, HKCC is licensed to Grow, Harvest, Dry, Trim, Jar, and distill, SELL, and DELIVER cannabis products, all in-house, at our factory above the ground-level store. Our store prides itself on our elevated and personalized service. We have something for everyone!

We are so excited to announce the return of legal 🍃 sales to 356 W. 40th St, Right near Times Square! You might remember us from our pop-up event that ran Sept-Dec 2023. HKCC was intended to help our farm and others impacted by the broken supply chain and we loved the impact we had representing some of the best legal product available at the time to communities in the heart of Manhattan. We became famous for our customer service!
Now we are back with a PERMANENT retail license and what’s even crazier- we moved the farm from upstate to upstairs! We are a fully-approved Micro-business, which allows us to produce, package, process, and sell, all at our Midtown NYC location. Soon enough, we will have product grown upstairs at our building sold at ground level. Stay tuned for progress updates on the grow rooms!
The story of HKCC starts in upstate New York, where the first license for cannabis cultivation issued to a female farmer, was given to Greenleaf Cannabis in 2020, at the start of legalization in New York. In September 2023, Greenleaf organized a pop-up event under the “Cannabis Growers’ Showcase” program Which lasted through the end of the year. The event, titled “Hell’s Kitchen Cannabis Collective” allowed farmers from across the state to reach consumers in the heart of New York City with the products of their hard work after the opening of licensed retail stores had ground to a complete halt due to lawsuits against the state.
When the program ended, the Community Board applauded and praised our operations, and approved the License conversion from upstate cultivator to urban cannabis factory and permanent retail store in Hell's Kitchen. Now, we are back with the mission of cultivating premium cannabis, and developing premium cannabis products, all while showcasing the process and increasing cultivation awareness to consumers and the surrounding community.
We changed the final C in HKCC from Collective to Company, to reflect our vertical integration- But we are still a collective at heart! We are here to form a community of conscious consumers and craft/small-batch cultivators (and processors) who put health and quality over profit!
