Placed an order through weedmaps. Received confirmation text of order and a few hours later I received a ready to pick up order text. Upon arrival they didn’t have a clue what my order was so I showed them my receipt page off my phone. Then they proceeded to tell me that what I ordered wasn’t what I placed the order for. I placed an order for an 1/8th of flower. They said I placed an order for a pre-roll and not an 1/8th. Didn’t want to stand there arguing so I left disappointed. Please update your menu. You have products for sale that aren’t available. It was for the Maven Black diamond X.

Hey so I’m curious about the stickers you place on the coastal cowboy weed. It seems to be packaged as a 14 gram sale, however it’s false advertised as 28 grams. Is this a normal practice for this dispensary? I payed for 28g

I came back to haven just because they had something that I wanted. I had been going to culture and I really like Haven at first Haven. Never have things in stock always have low stock. Very disappointing. Will be going back to culture everything I order online

The thing I don’t like is that shops always promote discount for FTP Discount, when in reality is still paying the same Price. How does it make sense that the item is labeled $24.99 the FTP deal is 25% off but yeah I still had to pay $25 and some change lol
