People beware this place is a scam when it comes to using your points they steal your points they tell you if you don't use them within a year you lose them I've been going there they take my points every couple of months. I went in to talk the girls are rude nobody wants can tell you why the points disappear all I heard was I got to talk to an IT guy I'm looking for people who have had other problems similar to this leave me a message here some way to get back I want to protest this place I'm going to pick it out front if people would like to join me go ahead City of Lakewood will probably be great that this is going on my goal is to shut this place down they are scum I hate people that lie these people are liars and thieves

I’m so glad they opened. I have been waiting a while for them to open since I would drive to their location in downtown Long Beach. Not only did they make a beautiful store but their prices are great as well.

Walked in here hoping to get something so simple yet I couldn’t because right from the beginning the security guard was rude I was waiting for service no one helped me by the time someone came they said we were closed all I wanted was a simple pod would have been in an out but no they refused to give me service never coming here again can’t believe the worse the customer service ive ever gotten never coming back !

Poor advertisement of hours

Everywhere I looked said closed at 10pm, their front Door also said closed at 10. I got there 945, but was told they were already closed. Saw a couple people walk out with bags minutes after I was told that, so seemed like they were still taking orders. Turned one more away at 951.

There is a 25% off for first time patient, and when I showed up, I wasn’t honored even tho I placed the order online. Wish they told me drove 30 mins for that deal. Not coming here again.

Absolutely Terrible Service

received absolutely terrible service from Leilani today 3/15/25 @12:31pm Felt rushed and ignored asking questions and getting short "uh huh" and "mhm"s from her while requesting information on the upcoming point retention system being updated. Asked to use my points towards a certain combination of products and felt as if she was patronizing me , telling me that there would be some sort of issue on her end not allowing me to do so. I say "fine" and ask for a simple joint by Dunzo that is "testing highest, please" and she turns around opens the cabinet, opens one tupperware of products, and hands me a side hustle mango kush joint and rushes through the checkout process without even allowing me to know what product she is giving me. Anyhow I walk out the store and see the product thc % & notice the Side Hustle branding, look closer at the test percentage: its a product from october of last year that is a mere 13% laughably embarrassing from Leilani considering I have been shopping here nearly three times a week, for nearly two years, and am very comfortable and familiar with everyone on the team at this location, including her.
