Lime are the best pre rolls ever. Lots of love and taste like delicious gassy awesomeness. This haven location is home. They have a chill vibe and are super friendly. Worth the trip downtown.

I got there and I was waiting at least 5 mins for my online pick up. No one help me and they called someone before me and I had to let them know why wasn’t I being called b4 me. The person was not an online pick up.

They said my order didn’t get processed due to my medical card but it is uploaded to Weedmaps. So had to wait in line to get my order pulled. It wasn’t terrible time workers were cooling. it’s a waste of time I sat around waiting for my order to say available for an hour waiting to hear come pick it up which never happened.

Stiiizy pod 1g is defective

Got a 1g pod and half way through it stopped working, is clogged badly and if it happens to get unclogged, all you get is piping hot wax in your mouth, not a nice smooth hit, which is what is expected with working stiiizy pods. Extremely disappointed

I like this store and they have a lot of good deals. My issue is the customer service. I didn't feel welcome. The budtender helping me did not verify my order before charging me. They didn't ask how I was doing. There was a regular who came in, and she instantly smiled and waved at the gentleman and said hello and his name. I didn't even get a have a good day. I know sometimes people aren't having a good day but she sure seemed happy when the other customer arrived. She just seemed more interested in getting done with our transaction then seeing if I needed anything else. Will I be back, probably. It's just nice to be treated like a person then just an order.
