I really like this store. They have great prices and lots of cool stuff. But my last 2 visits I have been disappointed with the service. They are not very friendly. Employees are busy talking to each other, little attention on customer service. They act like they're annoyed to have to wait on you. This last visit was especially bad. I placed an order before the store opened for immediate pickup when the store opened. I did not receive my confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup until after 5 pm! All day to pack my order?? I could no longer pick up on this day because I had to go to work. I attempted to pick up my order the very next morning, however my item was out of stock I was informed by a not so friendly employee. This is why I placed an order, so that my item wouldn't be out of stock. My order was completely disregarded, and I was forced to make a rush decision and purchase something I didn't really want, but I needed something. What is going on at Haven??? All bad!!

Everybody and I mean everybody is so helpful at Haven. Their prices are very competitive. I usually use delivery but I've had to pop into a storefront every once in awhile so Havens is it for me

Never have what you order on WeedMaps
You order on weepmaps wait 2 hrs then finally end up going over there then they say they don't have nothing you order then they say give pick something else so you do then they say oh you cant buy that like wtf. Worst dispo ever. Who ever does inventory needs to be fired.

Why is there even a pick up option?
I have been to this establishment at least 15 times. I have had 5 instances where I have to get out to talk to the receptionist. Which defeats the purpose of curbside pick up. Today, I was told that “your order shouldn’t have gone through we don’t have any of your order. You can go inside to look.” When I asked if I could just order and wait for the pickup I was told they don’t have enough people nobody can come get my information outside to provide curbside. But this is the multiple time this has happened. I thought this establishment was new and would get better. Now I’m to the point to say it’s a waste to come here. There’s always an excuse with the ordering system, the curbside, time sits. They have been open for 3 months and still hasn’t gotten betters I’m disappointed because I enjoyed this shop but it’s so unreliable I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Closing crew on 7/10 wrapped up at 9:40pm for “last call”. Let him know I was getting 1 thing from the online Weedmaps menu, but he was hungry or sum. Make sure to get here early if fat dude working security!

Best dispensary in town
I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries in the Fresno/Clovis area and I have to say this is the best when it comes to fresh product, friendly/knowledgeable staff, and amazing discounts. The front staff is always super friendly when checking me in. I never have to wait long to get assistance, and my experience is always consistent. I especially want to shout out Chauncey one of the managers there, I hear him greet everyone that comes through the door, and his customer service is always on point. He has extensive product knowledge, and demonstrates a dedication to helping customers and presenting a good face for Haven dispensary.

I must say I am impressed.
This dispensary has great people that work there, has very good everyday prices. I really don't know how they can offer such quality products for the money they charge! Keep it up guys! I am 100% blind and a heart transplant Survivor. That means I really don't want to have to find another dispensary. I'm good!
