I love this place. Been coming here just a few months now. Love the customer service here! Love that you can shop at your own leisure! And they have curbside pick up which is perfect for a garden momma like me who may have littles in tow and can’t get out of the car. They have great deals too!

Top notch service! First and foremost, kudos to Haven to trying out the concept of a grab and go style store, if i would have known, I would not have placed an order ahead of time just for the experience! Everyone from security to all of the staff were fantastic, knowledgeable, excited, and very friendly!

I am disabled and made a pickup order. When I arrived I called the number multiple times with ZERO results. Finally, I had to go in and get the order myself which was very difficult on me physically and mentally. When I complained I was told the number goes to their corporate office. Seriously? Worst experience EVER! I do not recommend this deceitful place of business. Shame on you scamming disable people.
