I am disabled and made a pickup order. When I arrived I called the number multiple times with ZERO results. Finally, I had to go in and get the order myself which was very difficult on me physically and mentally. When I complained I was told the number goes to their corporate office. Seriously? Worst experience EVER! I do not recommend this deceitful place of business. Shame on you scamming disable people.

First and foremost, kudos to Haven to trying out the concept of a grab and go style store, if i would have known, I would not have placed an order ahead of time just for the experience! Everyone from security to all of the staff were fantastic, knowledgeable, excited, and very friendly!

They were super nice and the shop was cool. But, for the first time in my life, I got a bunk concentrate. West Coast Cure. Lights came on once then shut off. It never worked. $30 for nothing. No ftp deals because they “always do 40% off”. I got a pre roll at least. I’m sad I stopped there.

$80 for BLEM and $66.66 for Traditional? Your discount of 40% off is not on true pricing. These look like tax included prices and then some but you say you offer the lowest taxes in town on top of these prices. This reminds me of old school trap house pricimg to confuse customers. Good job, you scared me away and I'm sure many others look at the prices and wonder what's going on. Looks like some price gouging and shenanigans to me. Most of us smoke weed so keep it simple, that does wonders for us buying.

Yikes. What happened to this place? They've only been open a few months but the service has gotten terrible. Not only is the website / app a complete joke, but the staff and security here are so incompetent. I placed an online order for pickup only to find that the order was never packed and out of stock. With so many other dispensaries in the area that offer BETTER service, I will not be back here. Someone needs to reach out to me to delete my account and profiles here as I will not be a returning customer.

I went to Haven recently and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. The security guard wouldn’t let me in and told me that I had to already be a customer, which was confusing. I wasn’t aware of any policy requiring you to be a previous customer just to enter. It would be helpful if their entry requirements were explained more clearly, either online or at the door, so new customers know what to expect before making the trip. Clear communication goes a long way. Hoping this was just a misunderstanding, but it definitely wasn’t the most welcoming first impression.
