I had a great experience at this dispensary under the new management! They went above and beyond to make up for some items that weren’t in stock, showing how much they care about their customers. The service was top-notch—Danny especially stood out! He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I left happy. You can really feel the positive changes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Customer service not so great and rude employees
Normally, I do not write reviews, but l'm gonna make an exception for this dispensary and unfortunately I have to give them 1 star, but they don't deserve that one star at all. Me and my friend stopped going there because some of their employees were rude to us, but Recently, I started going back there thinking that they have hired better employees I was wrong. Their employees are still rude. I will be taking my money to other dispensaries. HalfPipe dispensary will no longer be on my referred list. I will tell people not to go there because their employees are rude and customer service is not good either.

Upon arriving here the security in the front make's you feel welcomed unlike other spot's i have been too some security give you that eye the get away from me face or they try to act 'hard' they also have tax's here but it's not ridiculously over priced

Came to this store because of what was listed on their weedmaps menu. Prices and inventory were not what I viewed on weedmaps. Security wasn’t too welcoming. Staff wasn’t that informative. I’ve worked in cannabis for about 10 years and was disappointed with this interaction.

Lame. They don’t honor the deals they offer! I drove 1hr to get the deal on CBX 25% off on Saturdays. I have been seeing this ad for some time now and had been wanting to make a purchase, so I’m here and they said sorry discount for CBX used to be Thursday but now they changed the day to Friday. I showed them the ad on my phone and they still refused to honor their deal! Waste of my time and money!! And I tried to call ahead of time to confirm the ad but their phones were not in service! That’s how they get you! Buyer beware!
