Several times I’ve placed an online order and get a confirmation number and everything but when I get there to pick it up, they have already sold it. That’s not right. Why can’t they send a text if they sell my order. Another thing is the military discount. When yall first opened it was 20%. Changing rules in the middle of the game

Most difficult purchasing process I have
The kiosks in the front were so buggy. They were basically useless. After trying to place an order for 5-10min I gave up, took a screenshot of my order and worked with a budtender, who was nice and helpful. I doubt I will shop at a Greenlight again.

I went for the 1st time on February 4th I pre-ordered so I used the drive up window,I never checked my order till I got home I was missing 2 1/8’s I emailed them about it and the next day I received a email from them telling me they had my product and also a $20 off my next order I went and picked it up Awesome Honest People
