Changing rules in middle of the game

Several times I’ve placed an online order and get a confirmation number and everything but when I get there to pick it up, they have already sold it. That’s not right. Why can’t they send a text if they sell my order. Another thing is the military discount. When yall first opened it was 20%. Changing rules in the middle of the game
