Cookies is the 1st & ONLY dispensary I've been to & the only 1 I choose to shop with! I had the Best experience with the Staff & Budtenders! It took me a long time to get the courage to walk-in to Cookies bc I struggle with severe anxiety, PTSD, I was literally trembling but explained my issues & the Budtender was extremely helpful, non judgemental, made me feel comfortable & recommended a few things to try & had me on my way I've had nothing but excellent service & recommendations for different carts, gummies & flower for my mental health issues & pain management! I am so happy to have a local dispensary with staff who knows their stuff! I'm feeling so much better-this has been a life changing experience & I'm here for the ride!Thank You Cookies from the bottom of my heart for helping me enjoy my life again! So Sunday,Jan. 26, '25 was my first visit to Cookies. I thought it was pretty cool how the guy (name?), big dude snatched me up and QUICKLY put my order in the system, I ordered like 9 different things. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and was able to recommend an adequate substitution when one of my choices was not available. Then it was on to the cashier counter where Jacqueline provided the sweetest personality with friendly, quick service. She made me feel like a favorite frequent customer would feel. Overall I had a great experience. I will be back and I will definitely recommend Cookies to all my peoples 🥰
