worst place ive ever been to! they sold me products that wouldnt even work and they even confirmed that the product was faulty but yet they wouldnt fix it or exchange it, nothing! i will never go back here and ill make sure i tell everyone I know about my experience at this store.
I've been to the West Side location twice now, and have received excellent service both times. They seem to have a fairly good selection overall, but I've only ever purchased edibles from them. No teas, and the single serving cookies and brownies are more expensive than other shops, with only one brand for each. I was very disappointed to find out that staff are hired on as models - this is not a good setup for a respectful workplace. Both times staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
I love Green Lady! The Staff is AMAZING and friendly. Always got great recommendations and have deals for returning customers.
The prices were good, they had vegan edibles. The dude was nice and the weed was good. I've only ever bought edibles here. They have a good selection.
But the actual business sucks. The owners are just in this for money so their stock is overpriced. The atmosphere is not very nice, seems as if the budtenders don't get to smoke. If you're on the Westside, go to Gypsy greens on division. If you're on the Eastside go to the healing center (THC) down Marvin Rd.
Idk what is up with some of these other reviews, but Green Lady is a good store! There's always a door person who checks ID, and there's a waiting room with a headshop and an ATM where u can browse the menu.
They use electronic pagers to keep your place in line, just like a restaurant. The budtenders know whats up. I've gotten really good deals before, like a half for $110, $25 for .5g concentrate or $5 joints.
Sometimes the joints are loose, or rolled poorly. I untwist them and pack them tighter with a small crochet hook or knitting needle. Sometimes I just rip them open and use em for a bowl.
It's recreational so the prices are higher than med, and edible potency is limited by law. Most of the edibles are 10mg per dose, which doesn't work for me because my tolerance is too high. They sell coconut oil tho so you can make your own!

It does look like a crack house look from the street. It was my first time at an Olympia dispensary and I thInk I'll try somewhere we next time. While waiting for my turn, they let several others in ahead of me. If you are a local and freinds with the doorman, I guess you get sent in ahead of an out of tower. The pre roll they sold us tasted like ditch weed. The chocolate truffles were weak and barely had any affect. The JuJu joint cig was good, it did the trick. Overall, it was a disappointment.
We have had really good experience with legal weed in Colorado, their edibles seem to cost about half of what I see in WA.

I'm not buying crack, I'm not buying things illegally, why does it feel like I'm going to a crack house?
There is zero security. If one wanted to they could walk right past the door where there may or may not even be a single staff member and back into the bud room with an open door. I guess they think cameras stop robberies? That's fine, it's not my product that's going to get ripped off, it just feels sketchy.
The "bud tenders" know absolutely nothing. Most of them don't look like they're old enough to even enter into the store legally. They can't explain differences in prices or products. They don't know correct terminology for the products they sell. And if you tell them this they will argue with you about how you're misinformed. There is no such thing as "dabs". Referring to your concentrates as dabs just shows your ignorance and youth. Labeling runny black crap as "wax" shows that you can't even keep up with the industry terminology. And telling me that I'm misinformed just guarantees I'll never come back to this fly by night operation again.
This is just the end result of opportunistic businesses run by people who clearly made a lot of money selling weed illegally and have no clue how to run a legitimate operation. I won't be back.
Went over to another store after I walked out of here empty handed and was met with a much more inviting storefront. A significantly nicer inside. Better cases to clearly view their inventory in. Budtenders that were moderately knowledgeable. And better prices on concentrates to boot. Take note of this and stop running your business like a trap house, Green Lady.

Definitely a nice place to go I thought. You walk in through the front door to a person at a computer, who then checks your ID. After he/she checks your ID you're then led through a warm and comfortable waiting room, through a door to the room where they keep all the candy. It was my first time buying bud at a dispensary so I don't have anything to compare this to. But for my first time it was exciting, satisfying and I left a happy camper. Literally, a happy camper. But any way, the bud was super expensive. I won't buy bud through a recreational dispensary again. The salesperson behind the counter was very kind. She was sure to answer any questions I had on anything. She smiled, and legitimately looked like she enjoyed what she did. So to end this review I say to everyone out there. It's worth the drive. Check it out, if you have the cash to drop, because it is NOT cheap.
