Well ran. very Nice setup. Assigned a budtender and it was a smooth process. Top Quality products. Truly something for everyone. Pricing was fair too. Place order...Go to pay window wait for name to appear on screen. Pay and then proceed to pickup area. Quick and easy. They also have specials and other organized events from time to time.

I'm currently on the back of the Harley riding to Cherokee so I can get more of the Botched Skin Serum. Since opening, I have been curious if it would aid something I was experiencing. A few months ago I got the opportunity to stop in and snag it. I ran out last week and definitely noticed. If there's ever an opportunity for me to ask questions on why and how it works...holler. We could collab our brains and create :)

As a grower in a previous state for dispensary I can tell you personally their past stuff left something to be desired but within the past year they have turned it around their product is impeccable though a little pricey I come back once a month so I can say that without question even though it is a bit pricey you get what you pay for it and their stuff is amazing

I’m not sure what all the complaining is about for the flower. I’ve picked up 8 different strains and only one was what I’d consider mid. Being a frequent visitor to CA & CO, I will agree that their carts and edibles aren’t up to par but I’ve been happy with the flower.

When checking out I told the gentleman I wanted carts, I got disposables and ended up buying them, well I needed carts and there’s a no return policy. The manager on duty looked at it and came back and just looked at me and said “no, no exchange “ and just pointed to the receipt and left. I needless to say to say got frustrated and am quite disappointed. I did not leave the facility. I went over to the cashier after picking up my order. Ladies at the order pick up window told me to go to the cashier to exchange. That’s all I wanted to go was exchange and get what I wanted instead.

The people who work at the dispensary are super!!Unfortunately management concerning cultivation growing apparently doesn’t have the skills required to grow sativa. why the tribal leaders choose to just keep growing same low level indica/hybrids, practically no sativa when there are plenty seeds available ? tells me they don’t care about poor quality ratings because it’s really sad, instead their focus is huge building t-shirts souvenirs and attracting tourists. if u want really top grade sativa bud @30% or higher without any infused products added and get whole oz for what great smokey charges for just 1/4 of sub par herb take weekend go to Ann arbor mi download weedmaps app their dispensary’s focus on very best quality highest % of every strain sativa hybrid known in quantities at 1/4 of great Smokey’s price for their low% bud! it’s a tourist trap picture op not even close in quality comparison to a normal legal dispensary in other states!

the employee i spoke with was super helpful and nice but the products are mid at BEST. the bud smells/tastes like hemp and the disposable tastes like a nicotine vape. only giving 2 stars is because the employee interaction, avoid their products

When you're the only game in town, rip the people off and focus on the bottom line. Trash flower and edibles are so overpriced, they're not even worth trying.

Drove 2 hrs to only find out they close 9:55 not 10! Being from WA, $52g cartridge is hilarious! Their 6 carts and 4 strains of commerce bud is nothing to waste your time on. The employee’s are unprofessional as well.

I drove 2 1/2 hours to find a huge building designed to lure in the masses of sheeple. Poor selection, super HIGH prices, uneducated staff, and VERY low quality products! I bought 1/8 just because I drove all that way. Thank God I only spent $50! YES $50 for 1/8! They will not let you look at the products or smell them, and I found out why. After I spent my money, when I was able to, I opened the package and found the flower to be WAY below what I smoke, which BTW costs less than 1/2 their prices. Don’t waste your time or money, it is a trap!

I’ve been a customer for at least a year and go at least once a week. I’ve had no issues other than the astronomical prices for their products compared to other legal businesses. Today I tried exchanging a defective/ extremely clogged concentrate vape pin. First issue I noticed with the device the extraction date is well over a year old (12/20/24)oil is highly discolored. I was only able to use it two or three times before it became so clogged you can’t pull air through it/ activate the battery. After correctly following the return policy management would not honor the exchange. Extremely disappointed in management’s attitude and the way I was treated over such an easy resolution. They will no longer get any of my business. To complete my review I’ve got to say the flower is top notch garbage. What they show you at the display case is not what they sell you. I really hate to write this review but people should know before they spend their well earned money. This place is a joke.

Go elsewhere! I am dumbfounded on the treatment I have received this morning. I will not tolerate it. I will use my rewards and not return.

Craziest part is I was about to drive up here tomorrow and thank almighty GOD I checked the prices on here and read these comments lmao. The prices are straight up comical for what they’re selling. It would be difficult if the quality was up to par but they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. The set up is cool to me, I hope they reach out west to other tribes that have better systems than this if they won’t bring in help to actually succeed. Honestly would probably even still pay the prices if they were selling some crazy Rosin or their flower was insanely pretty… but it’s not, and they sell crappy BHO for 50 a G and a 1/4 for $363 of diamonds… they need help, they’re honestly blowing an opportunity by not even attempting to compete nation wide, quality wise. So much for me heading up there tomorrow though, simply can’t justify spending that kind of money on a product that’s subpar.

1 star is too much for this terrible dispensary. The vapes taste terrible. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Staff is grossly ignorant about 95% of the product and refer to the tablet which is no help. Do not recommend.
