The selection here is NEXT LEVEL. I literally never write reviews and was moved to make an account here just to gush - the staff knows what they're talking about, and I have two new favorite THC products as a result of their excellent recommendations. I love the store too, it's a place you wanna spend time. Thanks Gotham :) I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience. Ordered online for pickup the next morning. Great curation of products, exactly what I was looking for. Pleasing, welcoming, bright atmosphere staffed with friendly, knowledgeable employees. It is NOT: a bro, stoner, weed store Luckily, we now have choice in NYC. So let’s encourage diversity in end user experiences. If you do not want the experience described above or expected something else upon arriving, but did not actually have a bad experience, please don’t trash this lovely store. Just go elsewhere 🪐✨

They sell what every other rec dispensary in NYC, but don’t expect them to actually have the products in stock in spite of having them on display. Lots of employees standing around in all black giving the appearance of a boutique, but no one who can actually help. When I finally found someone who attempted to help me she was knowledgeable about the products (that they didn’t have in stock). The only thing different is the “vibe” they’re trying desperately to create. I don’t want an overpriced throw pillow I just want weed.

The buds are trash the staff is knowledgeable though. Not feeling having to walk through Neiman Marcus to get to the weed lol. Seems sterile and a bit much for the quality of THC products. 1star bc the staff knew their ish other than that skip this one guys.

Mediocre quality buds and seems to be a revolving door of staff here. Everyone person I liked disappeared. Banton was the GUY! Now there's literally an all female management team which sounds great but wonder if that's why I haven't seen Banton lately. The store is pretty pretentious and caters to a "certain crowd" if you get what I'm saying.. its not where cannabis meets culture it's where cannabis meets rich white people! Go to USTA where your purchase feels more appreciated rather than required! 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾

Joanne Wilson, the founder of Gotham, is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist renowned for early investments in high-growth consumer brands such as Food52, Parachute, and Sweet Loren’s. She is the visionary behind Gotham's groundbreaking cannabis retail concept, representing the next wave in the industry.

As a beneficiary, this non-profit will receive a share of the proceeds to support its programs. "STRIVE New York is honored to be a beneficiary of Gotham as part of our ongoing work to serve the Black and Brown communities that have borne the disproportionate impact of systematically oppressive cannabis laws," stated Ayesha George, Executive Director of STRIVE New York. "Gotham's vision will drive positive social change, removing obstacles and creating opportunities for people to achieve economic mobility and empowerment from what used to be impediments."
Cannabis is renowned for fostering community and connections, and every aspect of Gotham's inaugural retail space was meticulously designed to evoke the same spirit. Gotham collaborates with top-tier brands, offering New York State's finest cannabis products, encompassing flower, edibles, vaporizers, pre-rolls, and tinctures. The store boasts exclusive product partnerships with local New York brands like Edie Parker, Flowerhouse, House of Puff, and Rose New York in collaboration with David Zilber of Noma. Additionally, the brand will introduce Gotham Goods, its own line of CBD products and accessories. Spanning 2,800 square feet, the open-concept storefront includes an exhibition space that will host rotating seasonal shows featuring New York artists.
