I have been a member of goodness for a year. I know everyone at both locations. Yesterday I go to shop at the store on colfax and dylin, the manager, refused me entry because my medical card has the last number of the experation date smeared. Your staff has been telling me every time I come in how many days left I have to renew because I expire in 3 weeks. My point is I'm in your system. You know exactly when my card expires. I spend 3-400$ a week with you guys. I'm a medical member and dylin tells me to basically kick rocks. I think your attitude more fits a prison guard. You work in a dispensary, smoke a damn joint!!!!!!! Good meds is lucky for the federal ave staff like Courtney or I would be taking my business elsewhere.
Never come here they treat there customers and there patients like trash. Always changing the prices. Constantly making sure that your $25 credit won't get you anything since they like to mark there prices for items under $25 and in order to use the credit it has to be an item above $25. This shop is manipulative and they don't give a **** about customer service. Never ever ever come here unless you want to be treated like sh*t!
Good meds recently started selling live resin... they were selling it for 433 per oz... out the door for all shoppers ... i was told by more than one employee that the price would only be 433 in the future for members only... and if i wanted that price i would have to become a member. I wanted to do it... i went in today to give them my 36 count card and now they saying the price is like 530 for members. Whats the price going to be tomorrow? So... dont let them fool you with the short term low price..-theyll get your card then raise the price....
They have been selling out of the live resin by the time I can get to the store pretty consistently since I started going there which is not long mind you. They also didn't mention that they raised the price $25 for a quarter of it out of nowhere on the phone when I called to ask about the availability of the sauce. So after a week of waiting patiently and them being sold out by the time I get off work at 3 I finally get there and get some. All that isn't a big deal, things happen, but what kind of made me disappointed was I asked if it was a sativa and the girl told me it was for sure a sativa hybrid so I didn't mind shelling out the extra $25 I get home and the label says Indica hybrid, so she just straight up lied about it and they have been selling out of it so quickly she didn't need to I am sure someone would of been stoked to have it. They are still always polite and the live resin tastes amazing, Travis is always super helpful and nice. I hope that today was an honest mistake, I will still come around when the sauce is on sale, and will recommend people to try it as well as good meds out,
this place has the best bud, best live resin, and best service!! never once left un satisfied
We constantly call around and try out new dispansaries, this one in particular was advertising a new brand of live resin for a certain price out the door.
We called this place and spoke to the employee, who stated "we definitely have this in stock, and our own live resin which is a little more sugar than normal. We talked about it and i set out 40 miles on my way to them.
We get there and the employee was referring to their was...not even live resin. They were out of stock of the oz jars, instead of honoring the price as they had the smaller jars. They upcharged the difference and blamed us!
I have been to a lot of places before, this experience was one of the worst. Train your employees on your product, she didnt even know the basic difference.
I would say, buyer beware...just because they advertise a price, doesnt mean they cant switch it. No this is not an out the door mistake price.
Good luck fellow smokers there are better venues and bud out there!
The store name says it all they really do have the good meds. they have some of the best quality product around the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable on their stuff and if they don't know they will tell you straight up I would recommend this place to a friend anytime!

They raise their prices as soon as I signed over they never have what I want even know they've made numerous promises to get me what I want they never do and it's not like I want much I just want to know I can buy an ounce of wax when I want an ounce of wax furthermore when they do run any specials it's gone immediately because they sell it turn on members because they have no loyalty worst dispensary loyalty ever they made promises to keep prices the same when I signed over and in less than two weeks they raised it by over $100 an ounce get some loyalty if I sign plants over to you I should be able to call and get wax when y'all run a special I should be able to get some of that special not call and always hear that you've already run out
Drove to the Colfax location and was very excited about there new promotion of live resin for $20, which I got a text for as I am an avid shopper of Good Meds and a member. They recently switched there loyalty program to a point system structure vs. the punch card. On my previous visit I was told that if I invested money on this loyalty card already that I was able to fulfill the agreement of the original loyalty card and once the loyalty card was filled I'd start on the new point system loyalty. I was shocked that they threw my card away, and tried to offer half a joint for the inconvenience. I invested more money into this company because of the perks you get with the original loyalty. I was almost at a gram of shatter. There was a new promotion stating if you walk in you can get a full size joint for a penny, how do you think I felt when they threw my loyalty card away and gave me half a joint. Worth the value to them that's half a penny. I will be switching over my membership.
