Potency changes

I am not a fan of this change in the way the flower is listed at. The total THC A % is not capped in this state, but the actual effect of the flower is not a guarantee even if it says it’s higher than 30% which was close to the actual amount of THC in the flower itself, so now it’s possible to buy synthetic cannabis and not be aware of it until you get it home and look at the actual label for clarification of what THC, DELTA 8 or 9 Is in the flower. I don’t like the new way of looking at the product but it is what it is.

False advertising

I have tried to purchase the 5grams of ready to roll “Chem Butter” from Illicit as it is listed on their website for sale and I have not received it either time I order it online and they have not even informed me about the product miss-matched with what is advertised on their product’s of flower both times have been at Good Day Farms West and I am not sure how to proceed with regards to informing them about it but I do like to get what I ordered and if they have to substitute my order a little communication about the issue would be appreciated

Ready to Roll of Chem Butter not Ready to Roll

I placed the order via weed maps for what was advertised as 5gs of Ready to Roll Chem Butter Flower for 40 bucks however when I got home from the store and opened the jar to look at the quality and moisture content of the product I found I was given a normal 3.5 grams of (non ready to roll) boutique flowers… I am not making a judgement call but not getting what I was expecting was kinda a surprise so we will see if it is a reoccurring issue or not when I order it if I get the chance.

Not sure, if I like the way the dispensaries in the whole state of Missouri are being told how to handle the situation of total active/non-active THC (A) ? From a consumer standpoint it’s not a good comparison of what is actually being purchased since one can go to a federally regulated store and buy “infused flower” from around the.70% THCA .. which was/is not naturally produced… And it

Abissmal customer service every since rec. started

If one were to pull my purchase history you might understand a little better, but suffice it to say I had placed the order online at around 5:45 - 6pm'ish, (if not earlier, but that isn't the issue.) There were multiple issues: Issues with recent experience with Good Day Farm West: -1) The employee that answered the phone sounded inconvenienced from the moment she said hello. And had absolutely no right to be going off on me about HIPPA violations when she simply could have verified me, as others normally do, but when asked to be verified so she could take a look she started making excuses and yelling that she was not going to give out personal information! I said great because I am going to give you my order number and I just need to know if it will be able to be filled or if I wait and then get told oh no sorry we sold out of that already. THC Levels are not correct on weedmaps

On weedmaps you show the Codes | Green Bag Flower | 3.5g Prepack | Ice Cream Cake shows 52.59% THC but after scanning back of package QR shows only 24.19% that’s literally half of what it was supposed to be! & show jars on site but get a cheap bag!

WTF?!! Where are my loyalty rewards

I’m not very happy with my last visit to the GDF WEST location. I have spent well over two hundred dollars in the last two weeks alone and yet I’m am somehow responsible for filling a help desk ticket with… who ever is responsible for my profile. Smh. I’m not saying I won’t go back… it’s just that it would be nice to see my loyalty rewards in the Weed Maps app, and super cool if they could keep track of each of the different dispensaries

Fast fast, educated, and very customer oriented.

I was able to walk in this morning letting the budtender know exactly what I wanted and he went as far as let me know about some sales and such even though I was being difficult with a double order. Quality of the product was amazing, and will be looking forward to doing business again with good day farms

This gdf is the most hospitable store front I've been in, and I've tried several. The team here is kind, informative, patient, and leave me better when I leave then when I come in. They even helped me understand what really works for my personal needs. Dealing with so many people on a sensitive topic like medication, and having to understand non medical needs is a hard task I'm sure.
