I had an issue with a defective product. Everyone was very nice about it and replaced the product without a fuss. I work customer service and know how annoying it can be when someone comes in with a problem, especially when it's a problem with a product you don't have quality control over. And every time I come in everyone is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the staff at the OFallon location.

I live in Wentzville and have plenty of other dispensaries located around me but I will always travel to O’Fallon for GDF. The staff is AMAZING and always so friendly! My partner referred me to GDF as an alternative to where I have been shopping. Every trip to GDF so far has been made effortless, accessible, and met with friendliness and knowledgeable staff. Had to cut back a little during the holidays, and came in yesterday after a month hiatus. Jeff remembered my name and was a pleasure to interact with, as always! I was feeling so relaxed in there, I nearly walked out without my weed. LOL. It’s a great dispo to shop at. Sure you can get some cheaper strains elsewhere, but you’re not going to always receive the hospitality, friendliness, and knowledge of the current staff at GDF.

My Lupus was absolutely kicking my ass today & I stopped in & met the most amazing human who explained she had just bought a vest😁 when I walked in making a very refreshing check in & theeeen with ZERO wait time Lorelei listened intently to what pain & issues I was having while walking me thru the door & immediately went to work showing me the best things for me & even introduced me to something new that I will forever love her cuz I have not felt this good in months & pain is literally only a 3!!! I haven't had a 3 for pain in YEARS!!! I walked in GDF with pain being 10+ & walked out with what I'm now officially making it my own custom "Bad Lupus Day Survival Kit" Much love & respect to all GDF employees...ESPECIALLY the awesome women who helped me today...ya'll have no idea how much you helped me physically & emotionally 💕🌻💜🙌

I'm really super glad that I found this dispensary. The first time I walked in, the first person I saw was Lorelei, she was so kind, and so sweet. On my first day she was kind enough to help me out since I had never been to Good Farm b4. Today I walked into Good Farm and I had Lorelei showing me around! On the inside I was so stoked, bc she really is sweet. She showed me best THC disposable pen ever, best disposable I've ever smoked, thanks Lorelei!
