I normally love this place but today not so much. I buy Sunday pens all the time, yesterday i got one and noticed it didn't work! So i took back for exchange at first all was going fine than they charge it for all of 2 seconds ask me to hit it do i did for like 20 seconds and a microscopic amout of smoke came out, normally after a 20 second hit your choking! So he informed me it was working and fine. Obviously i didn't except that after making me feel like i was trying to scam them they exchanged it. They really need to take lessons on customer service from Courtnie! After those turds that made me feel like i was stealing a broke pen i don't know that I'll be back! Always check your pens and go when Courtnie works!
