I am from Maine. This was my first time going and it was such a bummer the cashier wasn't nice. The pen I bought was broken and shocked me every hit. $60 was not worth it. Probably won't come back for something like that

I always order online with Full Harvest Moon, when I arrived there was 4 bud tenders all busy with a long line for walk-ins, a gentleman saw me line up in the express line and he began logging in, I have been to multiple dispensaries and have seen MULTIPLE bud tenders just not want to log in knowing that eventually there will be an empty checkout soon, but FHM continues to do it for me everytime.

It was our first time to Full Harvest Moonz & will definitely be going back. Very welcoming, inviting the the vibe was very calming and almost zen”ish”. The employee behind the carding glass was very friendly. Then you walk inside and the gentleman that helped us out was extremely helpful & knowledgeable! I had a wonderful first experience here. was greeted by friendly staff and then assisted by helpful folks who did not pressure, rush or condescend! The menu is extensive, the business is women owned and run and I so look forward to returning.

I regularly go to full harvest and have never had a bad experience. the staff go above and beyond for customers and are always polite and kind. Haven't found a bud I didn't like from them.

convenient location, huge menu, taxed
Stopped in on a saturday and it was super busy with a long line. Menu is huge and a little bewildering, budtenders will tell you things like this "Hashplant x g13 is a sativa". Be prepared to comb the menu online and spend some time on leafly researching what you want. Prices are about what you expect in Mass which is to say taxed. That said it is a great location with a huge menu that will have something for everyone.

Picked up a .5g lemon haze happy valley cart. Great taste and high but lasted as long as a .3g, scale seems to indicate the same.

I have purchased from this establishment a couple times before. Today was some of the sketchiest business I have ever seen in my life. I picked up a couple things, including a package of edibles. I live about a half hour away. Got back home and opened the container, only to count 15 pieces (the container states 20 pieces per package). I immediately called and let them know the issue. The gentlemen on the phone insisted I come back immediately with my receipt and product. Upon arrival I speak to the Manager and he walks away for a couple minutes and comes back stating that he could not exchange the product but could offer me a 30% discount on ANOTHER PACKAGE. That’s right, instead of getting what I I initially paid for, my only option was to SPEND MORE money. At this point I ask for someone else. The General Manager comes out and tells me there’s a no return policy on products. Is a no return policy VALID if the company doesn’t sell you what you paid for?!? What a scam.

Went there last night for a pickup order that i places using weedmaps. Parking is awful there. Its literally the worst place to have a dispensary. The budtenders (at least the ones i get) aren't very knowledgeable and albeit rude. Was told my order came to 121.40, i handed the girl the correct money and she looked at me like i had ten heads and she said oh its 122.40. Gave her the change as well again she looked at me like i was crazy. Everytime i go in there the budtenders seem agitated when you ask questions. There are other dispensaries in the area and i'll use them rather than this one. You need to do better full harvest moonz.
