Best place I've been to.

This place is awesome. If I come back to Spokane, I'm coming here for sure. Hopefully I can stay in town long enough to sample the flower. The budtender was very helpful and had good knowledge of all the product I asked about. At the end of my visit, I came out with 2 small edibles since I can't fly it home. Out of all the stores I've been to in SoCal and Wa, this store was the best presentation, it really puts a good foot forward in the progress of the cannabis culture.

I am from out of state visiting and I came across this place and I was happy I did. The staff was really nice and gave me a discount for my first time there. The Flav gummies I got are super good and at a decent price!

Good deals, friendly staff

I’ve been going to Floyd’s for about three years now. It’s in a prime location for me, and usually has good deals going on. Best time to go is the beginning of the month I’ve found, for the best deals. Staff is pretty friendly and knowledgeable too, but sometimes it is busy in there during prime hours. Also like their rewards system.

Awesome awesome Place love it they even have a bus that you can take for free to and from the pot shop picks you up wherever you want drop you off wherever you want that is an awesome thing right there LOL definitely an awesome pot shop definitely definitely have very good flower for very good Street prices you won't be disappointed they also have top-shelf brands for fair prices they have pre-rolled joints for amazing low prices Fair they also have cannabis tools bongs dab rigs off for good prices School place my only concern in the only thing I don't like that's just a few people there who don't know anything about cannabis their knowledge of shaky which I think is a big thing in the cannabis shop should have is the knowledge of what you're selling

Poor customer service

Walked in to purchase 2 510 thread cartridges during happy hour, received one 510 thread and a Pax Era pod that I don’t own a battery to. Went in the next day with my receipt to ask for a replacement and was told I wasn’t able to get it exchanged. Almost walked out before I told him it’s messed up because I walked in and asked for a 510 thread and he asked to check my receipt, he then told me “Online orders can’t be exchanged, that’s what you ordered.” I didn’t even know you CAN order online. Eventually he gave me a distillate cartridge — even though I purchased a live resin cartridge, because I purchased it during happy hour lol. Definitely lost my business.
