Etain is a Syracuse Medical Marijuana Dispensary
Etain’s mission is to offer qualifying medical marijuana patients in Syracuse and throughout New York high-quality cannabis treatment and professional, compassionate patient care. With a strong commitment to health and excellence, Etain cultivates, dispenses, and manufactures pharmaceutical grade cannabis for the patients of New York.
Etain proudly got their start as a family operated, and women-owned organization, committed to bettering the lives of patients through medical marijuana treatment. After watching their family matriarch suffer from ALS and an assortment of painkiller drugs that seemed to harm more than heal, the family began exploring cannabis as an alternative for their mother. Seeing of what medical marijuana was capable, they decided to dive into the cannabis industry to advocate, research, and facilitate access to high-quality alternative healthcare. Etain faced some challenges, always finding new sources of inspiration to keep going. In 2015, they became one of the few registered organizations in New York to cultivate and formulate their medical cannabis products, and in 2016 they officially opened their dispensary doors, offering their medicine and treatment to patients in need.
Etain’s founders assembled a team of field-leading doctors, pharmacists and cannabis industry professionals to offer Syracuse patients an understanding and professional opportunity in which to access medical marijuana. Their compassionate and knowledgeable medical cannabis staff are well researched in cannabis, and its applications, able to individual hep peach patient find the best marijuana strains, application method and dosages to treat their symptoms. They also keep a highly trained pharmacist on staff to provide detailed answers and one-on-one consultations to patients who need a bit more explanation or privacy. Etain’s interior design and open, clean dispensary creates a welcoming space where Syracuse patients feel comfortable, safe, and in the best of hands.
Etain’s vertically-integrated company allows them to monitor and control each step of the formulation process carefully and consistently offer effective, quality marijuana medicine. Utilizing cutting edge CO2 extraction procedures, Etain collaborates with cannabis-industry leader Bhang to formulate products that are safe, high-quality and provide useful results. Their three formulations, Dolce, Balance, and Forte, provide varying ratios of THC to CBD to address a spectrum of patient’s needs in capsule, vaporizer, tincture and oil spray forms.
Etain’s Syracuse dispensary accepts both scheduled appointments and walk-in patients, depending on their patient's preferment for time and privacy. They gladly answer any follow-up or preceding patient concerns, and their Syracuse location offers plenty of parking in their private parking lot.

I have been into Etain once and the overall experience was pretty good. The atmosphere was nice, a little sterile, but comfortable. Check in process was quick and painless. As this was my first visit to the dispensary, I met with the pharmacist who was quite knowledgable and very friendly, answered all of my questions. I opted for the small vape pen and some capsules, both of which are of high quality (though as others have mentioned, the vape pen is a little awkward). The only downside to Etain is the price. The small vape was around $90. This is not necessarily their fault as NYS has a very restrictive MMJ program, but hopefully things will change. I would certainly go back here, but will check out the other local dispensaries first.
I'll start by saying I really enjoyed the staff. Very knowledgeable, considerate, and professional.
The issues I have are about price and how quick their product burns.
I purchased a .5 ml of vape. They gave me the free pen. I paid $85 for it because I had a $10 coupon from a previous purchase. That only lasted me about three days. There is still oil in it, but it will not come out. Plus I had to remove the top so I could charge the pen. It got stuck, and I spilled some of it. Also, their battery life on the pen is very small. I also do not like how much the temp effects the oil. I am very happy with their medication, seems very high quality. Just very overpriced.
I've been to another dispensary is Syracuse. I bought two of their 1ml vapes and a $20 pen. One vape is a saliva and the other is indica. I paid $145. Less than double what I paid here. Even though those pens are twice as big, they last me over a month.
Awful customer service from headquarters , simply asked for the office number for the dispensary near my location and was yelled at!! On top of that it's around $100 for a high thc vape that has about a .3 of oil in it, WHAT A JOKE😂😂 , don't recommend this dispensary for anyone who is serious about there product .

I came to your website to find information on types and prices and was pretty disappointed. I didn't find anything except staff information. Not exactly the 1st thing a person is going to visit the Web site to decide if this is the dispensary they want to commit to. I hope you fix this soon. For your benefit. Myself, will drive another 10 mi to the competitors if I am satisfied straight from the beginning inquiry.
