This is my third dispensary that I have been to. PharmaCannis and Bloomfield ( taken over by Medmen ). These dispensaries offer a wide variety of products but I only choose the tinctures. I find that the amount I have to take from these dispensaries are from 1 mL to 2 mL per dosing. This leads me to believe that there is a lot of "fluff" in their product. Then I came to Etain. I am very happy with the quality of their tinctures. I purchased the ratio 1 to 20 and 1 to 2. The amount I need to take is measured by drops, not by milliliters. I feel I am getting a very pure high-quality product and it is worth the drive for me to go to Syracuse to get it. I was told I could order refills online and pick them up. I have yet to try this. My initial appointment to register and meet the pharmacist to explain their product line went rather quickly. I received all the information I needed, as well as learning a bit more. They offer a capsule form that I plan to try. This is the best so far!

This dispensary was my first choice of the three in Syracuse. I am inclined to prefer their oil-based products. I have the impression that they are more inclined to use organic gardening principles.
* I made my first appointment by going to the Etain website. All went smoothly.
* I approached the dispensary from downtown Syracuse. The sign on the building is hard to see from downtown because the building is turned toward Dewitt.
* Parking was plentiful. The waiting room was spacious for the 4 customers who were there.
* While I was in the waiting room, a woman came in to make a first purchase. The receptionist told her that she had to make an appointment by going to the Etain website; walk-ins aren't accomodated.
* While I continued to wait in the waiting room (I had arrived early), two people came out of the dispensary with small white paper bags that looked like something from a bakery. That struck me as amusing.
* When I met with the pharmacist (he was on time), he gave me a rehearsed sales talk about their products. Then he looked at my certificate, and told me what I could buy. He didn't know anything about migraines, so he couldn't advise me.
* The pharmacist had to continually refer to his sales literature to answer my questions. I found that Etain products were much too strong for someone like me who is super sensitive.
* The pharmacist was not enthused about my questions, and was even impatient with me. I returned to PharmaCannis, which meets my needs better.

I like the new cartridge s for vape pen band staff is quick and easy but he price come on u feel like u been robbed and you have I bought 1 large vape pen for 185$ from etain high thc it's .62 of a gram u can buy oil on the street for 50 a gram now tell me that's not sad and even better I can buy the same cartridge and amount from out west for 40$ a piece that means I can get 4 cartridges for the price of one from etain and I get to pick any one I want it's safe to say that I will get my stuff on the street for now
I have been to Etain a couple times now and both were a good experience. Staff seem knowledgeable but prices are a little high. Only dispensary in Syracuse with high potency THC, 7mg per drop, and products seem good quality. Convenient location on Erie Blvd. I have tried 3 dispensaries in Syracuse and one in Johnson City.
I have been into Etain once and the overall experience was pretty good. The atmosphere was nice, a little sterile, but comfortable. Check in process was quick and painless. As this was my first visit to the dispensary, I met with the pharmacist who was quite knowledgable and very friendly, answered all of my questions. I opted for the small vape pen and some capsules, both of which are of high quality (though as others have mentioned, the vape pen is a little awkward). The only downside to Etain is the price. The small vape was around $90. This is not necessarily their fault as NYS has a very restrictive MMJ program, but hopefully things will change. I would certainly go back here, but will check out the other local dispensaries first.

I'll start by saying I really enjoyed the staff. Very knowledgeable, considerate, and professional.
The issues I have are about price and how quick their product burns.
I purchased a .5 ml of vape. They gave me the free pen. I paid $85 for it because I had a $10 coupon from a previous purchase. That only lasted me about three days. There is still oil in it, but it will not come out. Plus I had to remove the top so I could charge the pen. It got stuck, and I spilled some of it. Also, their battery life on the pen is very small. I also do not like how much the temp effects the oil. I am very happy with their medication, seems very high quality. Just very overpriced.
I've been to another dispensary is Syracuse. I bought two of their 1ml vapes and a $20 pen. One vape is a saliva and the other is indica. I paid $145. Less than double what I paid here. Even though those pens are twice as big, they last me over a month.

Awful customer service from headquarters , simply asked for the office number for the dispensary near my location and was yelled at!! On top of that it's around $100 for a high thc vape that has about a .3 of oil in it, WHAT A JOKE😂😂 , don't recommend this dispensary for anyone who is serious about there product .

I came to your website to find information on types and prices and was pretty disappointed. I didn't find anything except staff information. Not exactly the 1st thing a person is going to visit the Web site to decide if this is the dispensary they want to commit to. I hope you fix this soon. For your benefit. Myself, will drive another 10 mi to the competitors if I am satisfied straight from the beginning inquiry.
