Why is there no indica and sativa strain differentiation? Each strain has its healing benefits and they are not the same. This is definitely a miss. Now if the product was really inexpensive, it might be easier to overlook this glowing omission.

NYC used set trends but now this city has become a joke. these so called dispensaries cost to much. they're not enough of the for more selection. I rather spend my time in a real legal state then here.
a great place
I have been coming here for two years the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable the products are great a little bit pricey with a good quality. If you're looking for anything in the high CBDs are pill form is the best.
My nyc etain review
First of all you cannot get more pleasant friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are always extremely courteous and make you feel very welcome. As far as product is concerned it is the best i’ve ever had. It beats any other dispensary’s product by a landslide. Prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for. By the pharmacists recommendations i am almost pain free and sleep very well without using any medications and i feel great. Bottom line i will never go to any other dispensary because I know i will never get the service or the product that i get from etain. I highly recommend etain to any medical maraijuana user it is the best. Even my knee and back doctor or very pleased to see the results and also recommend t stay with etain product because that’s how effective it is. Etain is the best and i will always be an etain customer. Thanks etain!

The service is excellent, the staff is very knowledgeable but the location in midtown is horrible if you’re a driving. The product I use is helpful for me currently.
Proprietary vape
So I like the product but feel like it very complex and therefor will never be discreet. You have to use their battery and the product requires a preheat before use. Dispensaries across the country package vaping oil in cartridges that allow you to use with the battery of your choice and do not require a heat preparation prior to use. Not a fan. Need a vape with no preheat requirement and non proprietary battery technology.

First cartridge was a dud and $95
So when I first went I had a lovely female pharmacist who was very informative and knowledgeable. But unfortunately my pen/cartridge did not work so I called the next day as per their return policy and showed up 4 days later (within their policy) and there was more than half of my cartridge left (also within policy). It literally worked for two puffs then stopped. I had to talk to Jim for almost 15 minutes just to practically beg him to return my Dud of a $95 cartridge. Eventually he did and rushed us out of the room. It was a very meh experience!
Great but expensive
The quality is good but for the price you're counting dollars per drop and inhalation. The legal states have it set up better for their people.

classy but expensive
I did the obligatory initial meeting w the pharmacist. She was nice and super helpful. I like their oral solution and I like their vapes which are intense and well made but they are kinda pricey. I went on a weekday afternoon and there was no line. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.
Very Expensive , no flower
Nice staff , but over priced through the state . If you have a high tolerance and need strong medicine its going to add up!!
Vap pen leaks alot and for the price its very stressfull.
no flower or Extractions - and not planning on it for future. seems like a dead end unless something changes .
we know MMJ helps people but this system the NY state Health Dept has set up only hurts.

Not the best
Etain is overpriced because their products do not stack up to similar products at other dispensaries. In addition, they promised new products almost a year ago and still haven’t rolled some of them out.

Cheap Coils for Vape pen
Place is nestled on a quiet NYC street and decorated nicely. Staff was all friendly. Customer was there complaining about his vape cartridge not working and i heard the no refunds pitch. When the pharmacist began instructing me on pen operations i wasn't confused, but i can only imagine first time users woth this piece of junk...and thats the problem to which even the pharmacist admitted. The coil is absolute garbage. I burnt it up in three days. That was my forst and last visit to Etain.

Don’t understand the menu, or branding. They use Italian classical terminology, dolce etc which sounds like Italian Ice Cream or coffee. Overpriced Sativa Hybrids w/ unknown %.
